1. Who this applies to

Mafeisan is a small-batch apothecary based in Richmond, Virginia, USA. By using mafeisan.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase our products, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Our CBD products are not intended for pregnant or nursing women.

2. Products

Product descriptions, ingredients, and process details are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publishing. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Batches, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, pricing & sales

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors. Sale pricing is applied automatically at checkout when active and may end at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. International orders may be subject to the customs and duty charges described in Section 5.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders bill automatically on a monthly cadence for the stated term and ship one bottle per billing cycle. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date using your personal manage link (from your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past shipments.

5. Shipping, customs & returns

United States: We ship to US states where hemp-derived CBD is legal to purchase and receive by mail.

International:We ship to a growing list of countries where hemp-derived CBD may legally be imported and received. CBD laws vary widely and change often, so it's your responsibility to confirm that our products are legal to import in your country before ordering. We may not be able to deliver to every country, and orders to restricted destinations may be refused, returned to us, or seized by customs.

Customs & duties:International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country's authorities. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Customs can delay delivery, and we're not able to control those timelines.

Returns:Unopened, unused items, whether soaps, skin oils, skin balms, or Botanical Armor Syrup, can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund once we receive them back. You cover return shipping, and items must arrive sealed and unused. Start a return on our returns page and we'll send return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect orders:If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, start a claim on our returns page within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it: no need to send anything back. Claims under $75 are refunded on the spot.

6. Limitation of liability

Mafeisan is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site, including losses related to customs delays, seizures, or import restrictions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
